Membership Cancellation Policy – The Office by BR The Network
Effective Date: 09/11/2025
Applies to: Monthly Memberships ($275/month rate)
At The Office by BR The Network, memberships are designed to support committed entrepreneurs who value consistency, collaboration, and community.
The $275/month discounted rate reflects a commitment-based membership (regular rate: $300/month). Because this discounted rate locks in long-term value, cancellations require advance notice and cannot be refunded or paused.
-
Membership Commitment
Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with this policy.
Members are responsible for all charges until the cancellation process is officially completed.
-
Cancellation Notice
Cancellations must be:
-
Submitted in writing via email to [insert email address], or
-
Completed in person at The Office by BR The Network.
Verbal, text, or social media messages are not accepted as valid forms of cancellation.
A cancellation is not complete until confirmed by our management team.
-
Notice Period (90 Days Required)
We require a minimum of 90 days’ written notice prior to your next billing date.
Cancellations submitted within the 90-day window will take effect after the full 90-day period has passed.
This ensures proper time for billing adjustments, community planning, and space allocations.
Example:
If your billing date is the 10th and you submit your request on May 5th, your final billing date will be August 10th, with access valid through that date.
-
Refunds & Early Termination
-
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-
No prorated refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.
-
Early termination or suspension of membership is not permitted under the discounted rate.
-
Once billed, payments cannot be reversed or disputed.
-
Reactivation Policy
If you decide to return after canceling, you may do so at the current public rate available at the time of reactivation. Founding or discounted rates are not guaranteed.
-
Exceptions
In rare cases such as medical emergencies or relocation outside the region, cancellation requests may be reviewed by management. Documentation may be required.
-
Nonpayment
A missed or declined payment does not cancel your membership.
Outstanding balances will continue to accrue and must be paid in full before cancellation can be finalized.
Cancellations
Your discounted $275 membership reflects a long-term commitment to The Office community.
All cancellations require 90 days’ written notice, and there are no refunds or early terminations once billed.
